RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Build Lasting Relationships:
    Cultivate strong connections with customers and maintain regular follow-ups as necessary to ensure their needs are met.


  • Deliver Exceptional Service:
    Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, coverage options, policy adjustments, claims processing, and billing concerns.


  • Nurture Customer Satisfaction:
    Proactively engage in activities that foster successful, long-term relationships with our clientele.


QUALIFICATIONS: THIS IS A SPANISH BILINGUAL ONLY POSITION


  • Bilingual Skills:
    Proficiency in Spanish is essential to effectively serve our diverse customer base.


  • Sales Experience:
    Previous experience in sales, whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is highly preferred.


  • Client Relationship Management:
    Experience in managing client relationships is advantageous.


  • Marketing Aptitude:
    Demonstrate an interest in understanding customer needs and effectively marketing relevant products and services.


  • Strong Communication:
    Possess excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members alike.
